PROJECT ChocoMansion
In the first line on the beaches of Sainte Maxime. The modern villa was built in terraces on the steeply sloping terrain. The house is built against the mountainside to create more and more space on each level. The top-down design reverses the classic living patterns: living on the upper floors, utility functions below. A spacious roof terrace, with infinity pool and breathtaking sea views, connects to the living area. Large windows with maximum glazing bring this outdoor experience deep into the home. Although the design is not our own, it fits perfectly within our architectural vision. We were called in for the technical development and realisation.
